A 2-minute workout you can do anywhere

I was driving home the other day after missing my regular workout.  I didn’t have time for a full training session, so I just stopped at the local park and did a few quick exercises.  Next time you say you don’t have time for exercise, try these options!  You will love it…and you don’t even need the rock (anything heavy will do)!

Bootcamp 101 Expanding to the West side of Calgary!

I’m excited to announce that starting June 1st, Bootcamp 101 will be offered in West Springs (73rd Avenue & Weston Drive SW).  This camp will provide easy access for residents of West Springs, Cougar Ridge, Wentworth, Coach Hill, Patterson, Aspen, Discovery Ridge, and Springbank.

The sessions will be held at 7:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

It’s important to note that unlike most Fitness Bootcamps in Calgary, Bootcamp 101 members have access to ANY of our sessions and times, regardless of locations.  Just reserve your spot on our Online Scheduling System and get ready for a great workout!

Once again, the sessions start June 1st and are a great addition to our schedule for those on the west side of the city!

Improved Variety in Bootcamp 101 Schedule

meetng-schedule-iconWith the move to our new studio at the start of this month, FRESH! Fitness and Bootcamp 101 have been able to offer a much better class schedule.  The improvements have only been active for a week and already clients are LOVING IT!

Here are just a few of the items we’ve added:

  • Select Bootcamp sessions have been moved outdoors to take advantage of the nicer weather.  For locations, click here.
  • We’ve added a Weekly Yoga Class. To sign up, click here.
  • Our nutrition sessions have been expanded to other time slots
  • To help you properly recover from the intense Bootcamp workouts, we’ve added a foam roll and Trigger Point recovery session mid-week
  • Our noon classes have been shorted to 50 minutes to help you get to class on time and back to work sooner.
    • Don’t worry, you will still work hard and get the same great results you’ve come to expect from Bootcamp 101!
